Consistent with our private equity investment and advisory services philosophy, JPBE emphasizes integrity and respect in each of its transactions, thus reflecting a long-term approach with its operating partners, sellers and financial partners.

Formed in 1996, the JPBE real estate investment group focuses primarily within a 90-mile radius of the Baltimore/Washington Corridor and along the coastal regions of the Mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast. Through internal funding and strategic partnerships, JPBE has acquired, developed and managed over two million square feet of commercial property and over 2,000 acres of land.
